Our fleet of machines range from 25T up to 850T, allowing us the flexibility to cover almost any plastic injection moulding application.

 

Our thin wall packaging is manufactured in a fully GMP compliant 'Whiteroom' under the strictest of controls imposed by our FSSC22000  accreditation.

 

Our plant is heavily automated with robots from France. Our moulding machines are from Europe and Japan. We are continually re-investing in all-electric moulding technology for its energy efficiency, precision, speed and cleanliness. The latter is critical for our thin wall packaging work.

 

Our vision systems are from Cognex ... the worlds best cameras for your peace of mind.

 

Our ERP system from IQMS ensures full traceability of all products from component materials through to finished goods.
